A BIT ABOUT ME

I have 30 years experience writing and editing for business and government – national, state and territory.

​

I have developed business reports, training materials, policies, instruction manuals, media articles and undertaken research projects on a diverse range of topics.

​

A career highlight was developing the ‘Statement of Reconciliation’ for the Commissioner of South Australia Police in which the Commissioner apologised for the impact of historical police practices on the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of South Australia. A copy of the final statement was placed in every police station throughout the state.

​

Playing with words and working with writers and communicators to achieve the outcomes they would like is such a privilege and a pleasure.

​

I am based on Norfolk Island, a territory of Australia, where I am living the dream of work life balance.
